Quality commitment
- Install according to the approved design documents and drawings, technical standards and requirements agreed with the Owner.
- Use materials and equipment of the type, specification and origin set out in the approved documents.
- Carry out full inspection, acceptance and handover within the contract scope of work.
Warranty policy
- Provide warranty for the period and on the conditions set out in the contract.
- Receive reports and promptly resolve incidents and defects covered by the Company’s warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, third-party interference or causes outside the Company’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Schedule commitment
- Carry out works to the agreed schedule, coordinating closely with the Owner, Main Contractor and other parties.
- Allocate manpower, materials and equipment in line with the construction plan.
- Proactively report and resolve issues that may affect the schedule.
